Shipping

Free shipping via USPS Priority Mail is provided for all United States orders.

Order Fulfillment 

Our made to order dresses typically take around 6-10 weeks to ship. Sustainability is important to us; to reduce environmental impact, we only produce what customers order. We promise our dresses are worth the wait!

International shipping

We offer worldwide international shipping. Shipping price is shown at checkout and differs depending on destination. For Canada, shipping is $15 USD. For most other countries, shipping varies between $40-$60 USD. UPS delivers your package within 5 business days for international.

International Import Duties

International customers are typically required to pay import/duties fees for your country's mailing service to release your package to you. Customer is responsible for paying these fees. Use an import calculator to help estimate what these fees might be before you order. Shipping is a separate cost charged at checkout and does not include import/duties fees your country will charge. Please email me if you have any questions. 

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

We offer free returns within 15 days of your order being delivered. We do not accept cancellations during the pre-order fulfillment process. If you have any questions or requests, email tayma@taymamartins.com
